Place the desired number of kegs the typical distance from the loading platform (usually 30-50 feet). Stand behind the first keg with your body relaxed. This is the starting position. Grab the close handle of the keg, tilting it onto its side so that you can grab the opposite edge of the keg. Lift the keg up to your chest. Exhale during this movement. Walk taking short, quick steps. Do not forget to breathe. Move to the platform as fast as possible. Load the keg onto the platform, extending through your hips, knees, and ankles so that you lift it as high as possible. Return to the starting position to retrieve the next keg. Repeat for the required number of kegs.
